Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Due to the nature of custom engraving we are unable to offer returns on products that have been engraved to your specifications. Once engraved these products cannot be re-sold if returned.
We do send digital proofs to you before engraving and we won’t engrave your product until we have your approval on the digital proof.
If you’ve order blank products from us you have 30 days to return those. They must be returned in the original packaging and the original condition in which they were shipped out. Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue a refund less the original shipping cost to your location.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9064 Tibbitts Road New Hartford NY 13413.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
